Grilled chicken wings

marinate in oil, lemon and spices

Quick, easy and cheap recipe!

chicken wings

We choose very fresh chicken wings and put them on the flame to eliminate any traces of feathers.

In the meantime, prepare a marinade with extra virgin olive oil, lemon, garlic, salt and pepper and soak the wings for at least a couple of hours, turning them from time to time.

Drain them and cook on the hot grill for about 15/20 minutes, turning them several times to get a crunchy skin.

If desired, we can add sweet paprika powder and a pinch of cinnamon to the marinade.
