Radiant wall

The water heating wall built since ancient times by the Greeks and later also by the Romans, is still used today because it has excellent qualities. Based on the principle of irradiation, however, it has an excellent accumulation capacity and is an "invisible" system inside the home.

There are many types of radiant wall systems but the main ones are:

• External walls, The first use involves the use of special bricks, accumulators, inside which runs a copper tube containing water. The tube is covered with a special mortar that guarantees the passage of heat.
• Dividing walls, the second involves the use of a coil that is mixed with special mortar on which the plaster is spread.

In both cases the walls reach temperatures up to 50 ° C and therefore it is possible to keep the temperature lower compared to a conventional heating system.

The air radiant wall also uses connection pipes that start from the heat source that is transferred by an exchanger and have the same advantages as the heating wall.
