Grilled sausage

effective tricks to obtain really delicious frankfurters

To start, the frankfurters must be shredded on both sides so that the heat penetrates inside.

Then you need to have a well-heated grill available to place the wurtstel which, when the grill is cold, would remain badly cooked and chewy.

Keep the sausages well spaced apart by a few centimeters to get a perfect cooking and as regards the cooking time, calculate five or six minutes per side.

The frankfurters, only after cooking, can be tasted with mustard, mayonnaise, pink sauce or tartar sauce and maybe placed in soft sandwiches with some salad leaves!
