Unusual BBQ sauces

of apple beer and mint sauce

Another decidedly unusual sauce but to be tasted with grilled pork is APPLE BEER SAUCE, necessary ingredients:

  • 1 red apple
  • 1 knob of butter
  • a few bay leaves
  • 2 glasses of red beer
  • salt and pepper to taste.
    • Cut the apples into cubes and brown them in the butter and bay leaf; just colored add red beer and boil over high heat for a few minutes. Cool the mixture and blend with salt and pepper.

Continuing with the "unusual" sauces and wanting to grill lamb and kid meat, the best choice falls on the preparation of the MINT SAUCE. Again, let's get these foods:

  • a bunch of fresh mint
  • a teaspoon of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons of apple cider vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons of oil
  • salt and pepper to taste.

This time the preparation is very fastaaaaa: mix everything with the mixer!

Materials and tools
  • red apple
  • butter
  • bay leaf
  • red beer
  • fresh mint
  • sugar
  • apple vinegar
  • oil
  • pot
  • blender
  • mixer
