The fuel filter

periodic replacement

petrol filter

The function of the fuel filter is to retain dirt and impurities that can end up in the tank and which absolutely must not reach the engine.

This filter will therefore need periodic replacement because dirt that accumulates inside it after a long time can clog the filter making it difficult for fuel to flow to the engine.

During the replacement phase, pay attention to the arrow printed on the filter because being a directional filter it must be installed in the direction of the fuel flow.
