Grilled prawns

a delicacy to taste

Let's prepare a marinade consisting of extra virgin olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste. and emulsify the ingredients well.

grilled gaberi
  • We choose fresh prawns rather than frozen, wash them under cold water and dry them by dabbing them with a clean cloth.
  • Let the prawns marinate for about 30 minutes.
  • Now place an aluminum foil on the grill to prevent the prawns from sticking, lay them on the foil and grill them for five minutes and no more, turning them on themselves so as not to dry them out.
  • Sprinkle with its marinade and finely chopped fresh parsley. Serve hot immediately!

If we want we can also not marinate the shellfish but in this case brush them with extra virgin olive oil during cooking. Great!
