Worcester sauce

Born in England and spread all over the world, in Italy it has its counterpart in the colatura di Cetara anchovies deriving from the maceration of fish in salt.

It is excellent accompanied with red meats as it has the ability to expand the gradation of taste and excellent mixed with other sauces for the BBQ and for the grill (with the addition of Tabasco to mayonnaise you get the pink sauce). p >

The sauce has remained unchanged over the centuries and consists of:

  • malt vinegar
  • spirit
  • molasses
  • sugar
  • salt
  • anchovies
  • tamarind extract
  • onions
  • garlic
  • spices
  • flavors (such as soy sauce, lemon, peppers and pickles)

Let's mix all the ingredients and we'll make a very special Worchester sauce!
