Unboxing Proxxon angle polisher art. 28660

let's discover a mini precision tool together

The smallest and most manageable in the world, with a 50 mm backing pad. Perfect surfaces even where space is limited: for finishing, cleaning and deoxidizing surfaces.

For giving the "final touch" after lacquering. Special balanced motor, with tenacious, quiet and long-lasting power. Planetary gear housed in a die-cast aluminum casing and continuous electronic speed control (full-wave electronics) for a low and constant number of revolutions even under high pressure.

Motor housing in glass fiber reinforced POLYAMIDE with a soft component in the grip area. Safely stored in an elegant polypropylene case containing a rich starter kit to get started right away: rubber backing pad with Velcro support for quick disc replacement, sponge rubber (medium hardness), lambswool polishing bonnet, polishing felt for metals (medium hardness), 12 abrasive discs K 2000 and (75 ml) of NIGRIN polishing emulsion as well as a microfiber polishing cloth.

Technical data: 220-240 V 50 Hz. 800-2500 RPM. Length 270 mm. Weight 720 g, safety insulation class 2. A rich starter kit is included in the case to get started right away.

Polishing brass

We tested it by polishing brass parts. Following the various steps: sanding, dry polishing, wet paper polishing, polishing with abrasive polish. It proved to be an indispensable little gem. The before and after photos leave no doubt.

Solid construction, a quality tool despite its small size. It passed the test. The case is also very nice; it's not cheap but worth the expense.

Per lucidare cosi a mano ci sarebbe voluta una eternità. Per oggetti piccoli sembra l'ideale.
